REQUIREMENT: Increase brand awareness and support with reputation management.

PROCESS: We worked closely with the MD and Sales Director to create PR strategies to support community brand awareness and business profiling in both the local business press and trade media.

RESULT: Several pieces of local coverage secured spanning the lifecycle of each development in consumer and business press. Speaker and thought leadership opportunities secured which in turn have helped to nurture business relationships with key stakeholders in the Midlands.

Metis Homes

REQUIREMENT: Retained PR support to raise brand awareness to help achieve sales and marketing goal of selling all homes off-plan.

PROCESS: We worked closely with both the land and planning and sales teams to understand the business and created a goal-led PR strategy.

RESULT: PR activity has supported Metis Homes to achieve its goal of selling 100% homes off-plan, and have achieved this since first engaging Antler in 2018.
